At Gibson Howlin Lawyers, we are a well-established firm based in Cronulla, offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated Senior Property Lawyer to join our Property and Commercial Team. What You’ll Be Doing
- Advising on commercial and residential conveyancing, leasing, development agreements, and business sale/purchase transactions.
- Managing and overseeing property transactions from start to finish.
- Collaborating with a team of licensed conveyancers to provide top-tier service to clients.
- Handling complex property law matters and providing strategic legal advice.
- Working closely with clients, stakeholders, and commercial partners.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years PQE in Property Law with strong experience in commercial and residential conveyancing.
- Proficiency in leasing, development agreements, and business sales & purchases.
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with LEAP legal software (highly regarded).
- Ability to work independently while leading a team.
- Admission as a lawyer in NSW.
