About the Role
As a Senior Family Law Lawyer, you’ll take charge of a diverse portfolio of family law matters, working closely with your existing referrers and client base and both new and long-standing clients of the firm. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing advice as to parenting and property matters under the Family Law Act.
- Advising on child support matters.
- Drafting and reviewing consent applications and financial agreements.
- Conducting sale of business matters.
- Building and nurturing client relationships to enhance the firm’s profile in the community.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 4 years’ PQE in Family law with proven expertise in managing complex transactions.
- A passion for building strong client relationships and delivering top-tier service.
- Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills.
